Audi has unveiled the all-new third-generation Audi Q7, the latest evolution of its flagship SUV. Combining sophisticated design, exceptional versatility and advanced technology, the new Audi Q7 is designed to meet the needs of modern family life, business travel and long-distance touring.
Building on more than two decades of success, the new Audi Q7 raises the benchmark in the premium SUV segment with a spacious and highly flexible interior, enhanced digital technology and the confidence of quattro all-wheel drive as standard. Designed to deliver comfort, capability and refinement in equal measure, the new model further strengthens Audi’s position in the premium SUV market.
The new Audi Q7 features a confident and commanding exterior design, characterised by strong proportions, a high shoulder line and Audi’s distinctive Singleframe grille. Advanced digital lighting technology contributes to both the vehicle’s striking appearance and enhanced safety credentials. Optional Digital Matrix LED headlights and digital OLED rear lights provide improved visibility and enable a range of customisable lighting signatures, allowing drivers to personalise the vehicle while benefiting from cutting-edge illumination technology.
Power comes from a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine producing either 220 kW and 630 Nm of torque or 180 kW and 500 Nm, supported by Audi’s latest MHEV plus technology. An integrated next-generation powertrain generator can temporarily supplement the drivetrain with up to 18 kW of additional output, while an electric-powered compressor enhances throttle response and delivers smooth, immediate acceleration from standstill.
This advanced drivetrain delivers smooth and confident performance across a variety of driving conditions, making the Audi Q7 equally suited to daily commuting, motorway travel and longer-distance touring. Combined with quattro all-wheel drive and an eight-speed tiptronic transmission as standard, the result is assured traction, impressive efficiency and excellent long-distance comfort.
Available with five-, six- or seven-seat configurations, the new Audi Q7 offers exceptional flexibility without compromising on luxury. The seven-seat arrangement provides practicality for larger families, while the optional six-seat configuration introduces individual second-row seats, creating a more premium travel experience for passengers.
The Audi Q7 offers a spacious and refined cabin characterised by premium materials, intuitive technology and meticulous attention to detail. Depending on seating configuration, luggage capacity reaches up to 2,075 litres, ensuring the versatility required for family holidays, sporting equipment, business travel and everyday life. Additional storage throughout the cabin, together with a redesigned centre console and enhanced connectivity features, further improves day-to-day usability.
A key highlight of the new model is the panoramic glass roof, which has been developed to create an even greater sense of openness and light throughout the cabin. Available with innovative switchable transparency technology, the roof can transition between transparent and opaque settings, allowing occupants to tailor the interior ambience according to preference and conditions.

The new Audi Q7 also benefits from Audi’s latest generation digital cockpit and infotainment systems. The curved Audi MMI panoramic display utilises advanced OLED technology to provide a seamless and highly intuitive user experience. Enhanced voice control functionality, integrated digital services and a wide range of connected applications ensure occupants remain informed, entertained and connected throughout every journey.
Comfort and driving dynamics have also been significantly enhanced. Adaptive air suspension, available on selected models, allows the Audi Q7 to deliver a composed and refined ride while maintaining impressive agility. Optional all-wheel steering further improves manoeuvrability in urban environments and increases stability at higher motorway speeds, ensuring confidence in a wide range of driving situations.
Safety remains a central focus for the new Audi Q7. A comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems supports the driver with acceleration, braking, speed, and lane guidance functions, helping to reduce fatigue on longer journeys. Additional features such as blind spot monitoring, parking assistance systems, rear cross-traffic alert and advanced emergency assistance technologies contribute to enhanced safety and convenience for both drivers and passengers.
The all-new Audi Q7 is expected to arrive in Ireland later this year. Pricing will start from €117,900.
