MyCNHiStore online parts catalogue now available for New Holland, CaseIH & Steyr brands

CNHi – Case New Holland Industrial, has just launched a new online parts search facility which can be accessed by PC, laptop, tablet or phone. MyCNHiStore replaces the firms NGPC-Next Generation Parts Catalogue as an online parts search resource for CNHi agricultural and industrial brands of New Holland, Case, CaseIH and Steyr.

MyCNHiStore replaces NGPC Customer which is being dismissed due to discontinuation of Adobe Flash Player technology from internet browsers. According to CNHi, the new parts catalogs for it dealers (eParts4.0) and customers (MyCNHiStore) offer a stronger differentiation both in terms of user interface and functionalities.

MyCNHiStore is pared-back version of what the dealers use so there is a high degree of practical commonality between the two. Essentially, the customer is looking at the same parts information as the dealer, minimising confusion. The biggest difference between the old and new systems is that MyCNHiStore is easier to navigate to and use on a smart phone than NGPC was.

There is lots of part information in the MyCNHiStore catalogue, including pictures of some items which always help with the part identification procedure. It is easy to navigate, particularly on smart phones, which is helpful for ‘in-field’ searches. Legacy products have carried over from the old system too. So parts information on brands such as Ford, Fiat, International and David Brown is available.

To access MyCNHiStore you can launch it directly from www.mycnhistore.com. Alternatively, it can be accessed on the relevant brand website parts link. So through www.caseih.com, www.newholland.com or www.casece.com.

At the moment customers can create a list of items to order and print out to bring to the dealer. There are plans to add the capability for the customer to register with MyCNHiStore and send a part list to their preferred dealer for pricing/ordering.

Worth noting is that there is a link at the very bottom of the MyCNHiStore page called ‘Equipment Manuals’. This link opens a page called DMC-Document Manager Centre. Here you can navigate to purchase electronic or paper; operators, parts or service manuals for the various brands.
