Suzuki dealers celebrate customer service award success

Two Suzuki dealer partners have been recognised for their outstanding commitment to customer service, with family-run businesses James Tomkins Garage Ltd and Hugo Loonam Motors receiving top honours at regional customer service awards.

Meanwhile, Hugo Loonam Motors’ success marks another significant milestone, with the dealership being named Car Dealership of the Year for an impressive third consecutive year. The family-run business has built a strong reputation throughout the Midlands for customer service, aftersales excellence and long-term relationships with customers.

James Tomkins Garage Ltd, based in Gorey, Co. Wexford, was named Motor Service Centre of the Year at the South East Radio Customer Service Awards 2026, while Hugo Loonam Motors in Cloghan, Co. Offaly, secured both Car Dealership of the Year and Motor Service Centre of the Year at the Midlands 103 Customer Service Awards 2026.

The awards recognise excellence across a wide range of industries and celebrate businesses that consistently deliver exceptional service to their customers.

Established in 1995, James Tomkins Garage Ltd has represented Suzuki since 1999 and has grown from a one-person operation into one of the South East’s leading motor retailers, employing 25 people across sales, servicing, parts, administration and vehicle recovery. The dealership was nominated by its customers before being selected as the overall winner in the motor service category.
